If most women were to list their ideal man then after personality and sense of humor,  they might list a few physical attributes too. These might include their man being buff or at least toned and in shape. Perhaps more so than these qualities, women like a man who does things.

2013 Zombie Defense: Humans vs. Zombies   Friday October 25th starting at 6pm. Be prepared for when zombies attack! Join us on Friday, October 25th for our third annual zombie defense. As part of our members workshop series, October brings out the zombies at First Defense.

Anyone who has kids would probably agree that parenting is anything but passive and this relates to every area of life, learning and development. It's also important to be proactive rather than overly reactive, and in the quest for a fit and healthy child, it's the adults who need to take the lead.

Starting on Monday, October 21st, we will once again be holding classes at the Ohr Kodesh Congregation in Chevy Chase, MD.

We have a limited Fall schedule before going back to a weekly schedule in 2014.  For the Fall of 2013, Classes are on Monday nights from 7:30-9:00pm and will start October 21 and run through November 18. 

The classes will be held at the Ohr Kodesh Congregation, 8300 Meadowbrook Lane, Chevy Chase, MD 20815.
