Shuai Jiao

Shuai-chiao (Shuai Jiao) is a Chinese-style, grappling art. At First Defense, we practice Shuai Jiao as a supplement to the main Krav Maga program and as a stand-alone art.

As a supplement to Krav Maga, it allows us to be more effective at close-range infighting and clinching - giving us more tools and tactics to deal with an aggressor who is trying to grab and control us.

First Defense is the only USSA Branch Holder in the Metro-DC area.
