Calling all 5 & 6 year olds!
Special Krav Maga Training Program just for 5 & 6 year olds! Learning Self Defense and Krav Maga Concepts and techniques through play. This special class is designed to introduce kids to Krav Maga techniques and self-defense concepts.

A Beginners Guide to Personal and Group Safety at Public Events
Join us for a 90-minute introduction to the techniques and tactics that can help keep yourself and others safe during demonstrations and rallies.
This course is for beginners wanting to try out Krav Maga for the first time or for newer students who want some extra details and training time. The Introduction Course has been a staple of FDKM for the last 15 years & it only improves with age!
The objective of this course is to introduce the participants to the theories, techniques and tactics of the Krav Maga system.
On Saturday, November 23rd, coaches from Copperhead kickboxing will be leading a short Bang Muay Thai seminar from 1-2pm

Shuaijiao Seminar

Starting at 12:30pm
Join 4th degree black belt, Nick Masi, for a 3 hour introduction to Shuaijiao's principles and techniques. If you've been curious about the Shuaijiao program here at First Defense, now is your chance! In this beginner-friendly class, Coach Nick will go over many unique exercises, training methods & equipment, and techniques that make this martial art a very formidable stand-up grappling system.

The first class will be on Tuesday, October 8th and the classes will be every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 5:45 - 6:30pm through Oct 24th.

From Robbery to Hostage Rescue
Celebrating his 50th year of practicing and teaching Krav Maga, Master Eyal is on his global tour, and will be giving the first set of seminars in the USA this August.
In this highly interactive 4 hour class, we will cover many aspects of practical self-defense including boundary setting, conflict communication, and physical self-defense skills.
For the physical sections we will use principle based skills that we can utilize quickly & effectively in a number of situations including against different grabs and holds, weapon threats, and fighting from the ground.
This March FDKM is hosting 2 Introduction to Krav Maga 4-Week Courses.
