FDKM is proud to announce that we are now an affiliate of the Bang Muay Thai (BMT) System. We've been a fan of Duane Ludwig, both as a fighter and a coach, for years. This is an exciting opportunity for us to utilize his amazing curriculum to build out or Strike classes and introduce more sparring options for our students.

First Defense Krav Maga is honored to welcome Amnon Darsa for a series of training events this January. Amnon has a long history in Krav Maga dating back to 1988 and is one of the most sought-after instructors in the world. Over the summer, FDKM was excited to welcome Function Jiu Jitsu to share our studio space. Now that they're all settled in, FJJ is ready to welcome new students into the program. If you are new to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and are interested in learning the fundamentals, this is the course to check out!
