This March FDKM is hosting 2 Introduction to Krav Maga 4-Week Courses. The first course is for beginner adults looking to try out Krav Maga for the first time. The Introduction Course has been a staple of FDKM for the last 13 years & it only improves with age! The objective of this course is to introduce the participants to the theories, techniques and tactics of the Krav Maga system.

AUGUST YOUTH FUNDAMENTALS The FDKM Youth Fundamentals Course is taking a short summer break, but we'll back in August! The Youth Fundamentals Course introduces students to important self-defense concepts, techniques and tactics. Completion of this 4-week (8-session) course is the first step to joining the full Youth Krav Maga program at FDKM. The next Course begins on Tuesday, August 8. TRAIN WITH EYAL YANILOV OF KMG

Eyal Yanilov started his Krav Maga training in 1974 and spent the next 20+ years working closely with the founder of Krav Maga, Imi Lichtenfeld. He is the head of Krav Maga Global (and Nick's instructor). This is Eyal's first trip to the States (and to FDKM) in over 4 years.

In this seminar, Lead Instructor Nick Masi will be joined by Shawna Potter to offer a seminar that will give you the tools and confidence to stand up for yourself and for others. Shawna is an activist, musician, and the author of “Making Spaces Safer: A Guide to Giving Harassment the Boot Wherever You Work, Play, and Gather,” a guide for anyone looking to make their community more fun and inclusive.

FDKM is proud to announce that we are now an affiliate of the Bang Muay Thai (BMT) System. We've been a fan of Duane Ludwig, both as a fighter and a coach, for years. This is an exciting opportunity for us to utilize his amazing curriculum to build out or Strike classes and introduce more sparring options for our students.
