In this highly interactive 4 hour class, we will cover many aspects of practical self-defense including boundary setting, conflict communication, and physical self-defense skills.
For the physical sections we will use principle based skills that we can utilize quickly & effectively in a number of situations including against different grabs and holds, weapon threats, and fighting from the ground.
Summer is a busy time for everyone, so we've created a course that only takes a single afternoon. This course is designed with the beginner in mind. No complicated moves, no long combinations to remember. Just simple, practical self-defense.
The classes are on Saturdays from 2-4pm on the following days (Use the links below to register for the session you would like to attend):
Class size is limited, but we are offering this course 3 times over the summer - once in June, July, and August, so if your first choice of class date is full, please consider the other options.
