First Defense Krav Maga Spring Camp 2026 April 17 - 19

Join us this April for 3 days of exciting Krav Maga training!

FDKM's crew of Expert instructors will guide you through 9 different sessions designed to build your skills.

Our next Introduction to Krav Maga self-defense course will begin on Tuesday, February 3 and run every Tuesday & Thursday through February 26. This course is for beginners wanting to try out Krav Maga for the first time or for newer students who want some extra details and training time.

Join us on Saturday December 13th, 2025 at 6:30pm for our annual White Elephant Holiday Party! Tis the season for some merry and cheer! Our studio musicians will play holiday tunes for all to hear. Bring something to share, be it sweet, savory, or even a beer.

Our next Introduction to Krav Maga self-defense course will begin on Tuesday, January 6 and run every Tuesday & Thursday through January 29. This course is for beginners wanting to try out Krav Maga for the first time or for newer students who want some extra details and training time.

For the New Year, FDKM is offering 2 exciting events for beginner Kids (5-7 year-olds) and Youth (7/8-13 year-olds). Kids Krav Concepts Introduction Course

These 2x/week, 30-minute classes will be open to our youngest Kravists (5-7 year-olds). In this 4-week Introduction Course, we'll introduce the students to age appropriate self-defense skills, work on their physical conditioning, and help them to be better  boundary setters and decision makers.

Eyal Yanilov Dealing with Armed Attacks, Threats and Multiple Aggressors

This intensive 3-hour seminar combines theory, principles, and hands-on training develop participants essential Krav Maga skills for real-world violent situations.

FDKM's "College Prep" course is a short introduction to boundary setting, safety and self-defense for high schoolers and college students. The class is from 1-4pm on July 26th, 2025 REGISTER HERE

  This year, First Defense Krav Maga is offering a 5-day summer camps for children ages 6-13. Each full day camp will be filled with activities to entertain and educate! Our inaugural camp will be held from Monday, July 14 - Friday, July 18. The camp will include morning and afternoon Krav Maga sessions, additional lessons in complementary martial arts and self-defense topics, free time for reading, themed crafts, free mat time, and more!
