KRAV MAGA FOUNDATIONS COURSES
These 8-week courses are designed to give you an overview of the system of Krav Maga. Each week, we'll cover a specific theme or scenario, such as releases from chokes and defending yourself on the ground.
This summer we are offering our Krav Maga Foundations Courses in 2 locations - one is at our main location in Herndon & the other at the Jewish Community Center of Northern Virginia in Fairfax. The cost for either location is $249.
In Herndon, the Course runs from June 5th to July 24th on Wednesday evenings from 7-8pm. REGISTER HERE
If Fairfax, the Course runs from June 3rd to July 22nd and the classes are on Monday evenings from 8:15-9:15pm. REGISTER HERE
TEEN KRAV MAGA CRASH COURSE
This summer we are offering a course to specifically address the potential threats and attacks that teenagers may encounter. We will introduce them to Krav Maga as a system, develops skills of avoidance, prevention, and de-escalation, as well as give them the tools they need to defend themselves if an encounter turns violent. This course will be offered once in June and once in July and will run from 10am-noon for 5 consecutive days. The cost is $199 and the location is at First Defense Krav Maga in Herndon, VA.

YOUTH SESSION - ANTI-BULLYING
We have redesigned our Youth Program to make it a more effective learning experience for our younger members. Rather than on-going classes, we've split the year up into 2 month (9 week) sessions. The first of these sessions will focus on anti-bullying. The class is open to kids 7-12 and in the session, we'll cover basic Krav Maga skills, techniques, and principles and apply them to scenarios where children feel bullied or threatened.
The Anti-Bullying Session runs from June 1 - July 27 at First Defense Krav Maga in Herndon, VA and the cost is $199 (class uniforms are required) REGISTER HERE
