Self-Defense Workshop May 19th in Chevy Chase, MD

You are invited to a two-hour, hands-on seminar on Krav Maga, the effective self-defense system from the Israeli Defense Forces.  Topics will include defenses against common attacks (punches and kicks), grab, chokes, strangles, and even threats with weapons (e.g., knives, guns).
 

When: Sunday, May 19, 5:00 - 7:00 pm
Where: field across from the parking lot of Ohr Kodesh Congregation, 8300 Meadowbrook Lane, Chevy Chase, MD
Cost: Tuition for the first 10 registered students is only $20.  Tuition for other registered students is $25. (link below)
"At the door" registration is possible but tuition is $30 (cash only).
