New Introduction to Krav Maga Course starts in September
Our next Introduction to Krav Maga self-defense course will begin on Wednesday, September 9 and run every Wednesday evening through October 28. This course is for beginners wanting to try out Krav Maga for the first time or for newer students who want some extra details and training time.

With this rank, they join a small group - just a handful in the United States - of dedicated and talented practitioners. We're all proud of their accomplishments and appreciate the expertise and energy they bring to First Defense.

Congratulations! On June 13, FDKM held a test for students in the Practitioner ranks. We had students in their first test for P1 all the way through P4. Great performance by all the testers. While it's great to see everyone perform well during the test, we know a good test performance is the result of good preparation.

Annual Holiday Party
Join us on Saturday December 13th, 2025 at 6:30pm for our annual White Elephant Holiday Party! Tis the season for some merry and cheer! Our studio musicians will play holiday tunes for all to hear. Bring something to share, be it sweet, savory, or even a beer.
