First Defense is now in Chevy Chase! We are there every Monday evening (except on Holidays) from 7:30-9:00pm. The first Monday of every month is a "First Timers" class, so you can just drop in, no experience necessary. To join us weekly, we are offering class passes in increments of 6 and 12.
