YOUTH KRAV MAGA

In every Krav Maga Youth Session we will build on general skills and abilities from the Krav Maga system of self-protection and self-defense. In addition, each Youth Session is themed around an important topic or problem. Children will learn to avoid, prevent, de-escalate, and, if necessary, use physical techniques in order to reach one goal – Get Home Safe.

In each Krav Maga Youth session, the children will learn and develop basic skills such as striking and blocking as well as learn valuable lessons on team work, leadership, health & fitness, and many other topics.
Our first 2014 Session has just begun, but there’s still time to register.  Check out the  2014 Youth Krav Maga Sessions page or call 703-835-9054 to sign up.
