Youth Fundamentals Course
An 8-class Introduction to Krav Maga that will set your child up for success in FDKM's Youth Krav Maga program.
This course is for children ages 8-13.
First Steps
The Youth Fundamentals Course is the first step for students wishing to participate in FDKM’s Youth
Krav Maga Program. Once the student graduates from the Fundamentals Course, they are ready
to participate in our Level 1 classes.

Awareness & Attention
The ultimate goal of self-defense is to avoid, prevent or de-escalate situations before they become dangerous. Awareness & attention skills are essential for our younger students in helping them make effective decisions in regards to their personal safety.
Self-Defense
Krav Maga is one of the most practical self-defense systems in the world. Not all problems are avoidable and should a situation occur where you need to get physical, these classes will offer basic techniques and tactics that will help you solve the problem and get to safety quickly.
