What Our Parents are Saying:

"Bullying is a concern for any parent with school age children. We wanted to enroll our daughter in a sport that would build confidence, while also giving her the necessary tools to protect her from bullying. We were so happy that First Defense offered a children's Krav program. Krav is a wonderful way to introduce self defense. The techniques are easy for children to learn and apply, and one of the first rules they learn is to avoid confrontation if at all possible. Our daughter has been taking classes at First Defense of over three years and she has enjoyed every moment. Thank you, Nick & Bridget, and the First Defense team for supporting our kids." -A. Jimenez

"Our son had an extremely positive experience during Sessions 1 and 2. Thank you so much for creating and maintaining a positive and professional environment for our son. Your instruction and facility were many steps beyond the basics: from your personal and group communications during each class, and from your instructional props and the training floor, the whole experience was several steps above a basic professional level that Donna and I anticipated or hoped for our son." -W.
