February 2015 Workshop: Use of throws & takedowns in Krav Maga
For this first special event of 2015, we'll discuss when & why throws & takedowns are used in Krav Maga, practice individual techniques, and integrate those techniques into our fighting combinations.
No experience is necessary, though please be advised, this class may be a bit more physical in nature that some of our others just because we're getting thrown & learning how to take falls. It's a lot of up & down!
With that said, though, it'll still be a great class for you to experience an aspect of Krav Maga that is frequently underused.
February 22nd, 10am-noon.
This workshop is free for current First Defense Members and $40 for the general public.
